2011 Christmas Posting Dates
UK Orders must be received before 10am Thursday 22nd December, for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm on Friday 23rd December. Please ensure the recipient is available to sign for the delivery.
South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), New Zealand and Australia* Orders must be received before 10am Monday 5th December.
Eastern Europe, USA and Canada* Orders must be received before 10am Thursday 8th December
Western Europe* Orders must be received before 10am Monday 12th December
Orders received after 10am Friday 23rd December will be despatched from Thursday 29th December. Orders received after 10am Friday 30th December will be despatched from Wednesday 4th January 2012.
*International delivery estimates are based on information provided to us by Royal Mail and include an estimated time for a parcel to pass through customs. While we do our best to give accurate lead times, we cannot guarantee that parcels delivered to addresses outside the UK will arrive on time.
Despatch Schedule for Next Working Day UK Delivery
Orders received before 10am Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received after 10am will be despatched the following working day (Monday-Friday).
If you would like us to delay the despatch of your order to another working day, please chose a next working day delivery service (Royal Mail or Citylink), and specify in the additional information box on which working day you would like your order to arrive. We will then despatch your order the previous working day.
Despatch Schedule for Royal Mail Recorded UK Delivery
We aim to despatch any orders received Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) to Friday within 2 working days via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched by the following Tuesday.

Despatch Schedule for International Delivery
We aim to despatch any orders received Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) to Friday within 2 working days. For destinations outside the UK, baby e uses the Royal Mail International Signed For or Royal Mail International Airsure Service. Orders sent to destinations outside the UK but within Western Europe take from 5 working days to deliver. Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world usually arrive in 7-10 working days.
Delivery estimates are based on information provided to us by Royal Mail. While we do our best to give accurate lead times, we cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive within the 10 working days estimate. Royal Mails delivery estimate includes an estimated time taken for a parcel to pass through customs. Please be aware that while this process is usually prompt, parcels can be held by customs for a longer period than estimated. Customs policies vary depending on the country, for more information please contact the country destinations local customs office.
Postage and Packing
Your order will be despatched speedily by Royal Mail or our courier service. This charge will be added to your Order Total before you submit your credit card number.
We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products but from time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.
Please note: In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary. Please check at www.royalmail.com
We cannot guarantee delivery times; we can only give our best estimate. The majority of our packages arrive within the time specified by the Post Office, occasionally a package may take longer. We do not refund shipping charges for any package delayed in transit.
We recommend that your delivery address should be to the recipients' home address and NOT a Maternity unit as the duration of a hospital stay is liable to vary.
Orders will be despatched to the specified delivery address provided. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible if the order does not arrive with the intended recipient.
Please note we are not able to process any orders which specify a PO Box No as the billing address nor do we despatch orders to PO Box delivery addresses.
Order Confirmation
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an email with your order details. All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by baby e Ltd. Confirmation emails are not an acceptance of contract. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Cancellation).
Prices
Prices of products displayed on this website are subject to change from time to time. We endeavour to ensure the prices of our products are correct at time of publishing but reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following one exception: - While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
VAT
Please note that all baby clothing, footwear and some other baby products are exempt from VAT and are therefore shown as zero VAT.
International Orders outside the EU
International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties on arrival. The recipient is responsible for paying for any customs or import duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they will be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. If the order is a gift, the customs label attached to the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Products
Whilst every effort has been made to describe and display items as accurately as possible, variations in size, colour or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time.
Cancellation
In accordance with The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, all customers of baby e Ltd have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date that the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received, whichever is the later.
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible. For goods that have not yet been despatched, a full refund will be issued. Where goods have been despatched please refer to '"No Quibble" Guarantee and Return'. Customers outside the UK, please refer to 'Returns for International Customers'.
"No Quibble" Guarantee and Return - UK Customers
If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with any purchase, please ensure that it is returned to us within 14 days, unworn and in it's original condition and with all labels attached with the despatch note. Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke will not be refunded. Please take care how the item is packaged, we cannot refund items that have become damaged by the packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the returned item(s) reach us safely and in their original condition, we do not accept packages where the postage is unpaid.
We will then send you a replacement or refund your card. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card that the goods were bought with and, depending on your bank account, may take up to 7 days to show on your bank account after it has been processed by us. Please note that any goods returned after 14 days and up to 28 days will only be refunded with a store credit note.
Please note that the carriage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as Recorded Delivery. If an item is returned to us by the Post Office or Courier as uncollected mail, we do not refund the postage charges.
Please note that customers will be charged the extra postage for any item exchanged.

For all returns for a refund - you must include in the parcel, the original invoice. Please mark the package either EXCHANGE or REFUND and return to:

Returns for International Customers
If for any reason, you wish to return an item, please email us as soon as possible and let us know it is coming back and return the goods within 21 days of receipt. We will refund your payment in GBP sterling, provided the goods are returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached (please note when we refund you, the amount may vary depending on the exchange rate. Any items that are stained, marked, damaged by packaging or smelling of smoke will not be refunded.
Important Note for Non-EU packages - when labelling, please mark as a 'Returned Baby Unwanted GB Merchandise' with no value on the customs declaration to ensure that no duty or tax is charged, any duties charged to babye will be deducted from the refund, if the charges billed are higher than the refund, the package will not be accepted. This is very important as these taxes can be very high.
Please note that customers will be charged the extra postage for any item exchanged.

Christmas 2011 Returns Policy
Our returns policy for Christmas presents will be extended until 14 days after Christmas Day. For a refund or exchange please ensure items are returned by Monday 9th January 2012.
Remittance Terms
Online orders can be paid by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards. We regret we do not accept cheques.
Security
All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption.
Before being asked for your credit card information you will be transferred to a secure server, your browser will normally indicate this through the presence of a small yellow padlock, and the web address will begin with https:// instead of http://.

Product Safety
baby e Ltd cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions or warnings specifically stated on this website or on product packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. baby e Ltd's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by baby e to the customer. baby e shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Force Majeure
Whilst every effort will be made to meet your requirements baby e shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, fires, strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrection or riots, embargoes, wars, compliance with laws or regulations, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into with baby e Ltd shall be governed by English Law.
